The Springboks came back again to win the second test and the series on Saturday.
They was just to good for the English as they beat them 23-12.
The Springboks looked like they had the better start but a penalty in the scrum from Malherbe gave England the opportunity to good field positions.
They created a two on one out wide and got their first try and the lead of the match.
It almost felt that it will be same old same from last week as England scored their second try immediately after again out wide.
The Springboks had to work hard and just could not finish but it was Thor time as Vermeulen showed his power to get over for their first try.
Pollard made the difference just 2 points with a penalty and the game was played with allot of feeling out there.
The Springboks got in the lead for the first time with a 60-meter penalty from Pollard and that is how the half ended with the Springboks leading 13-12.
The second half start much as the first with England putting pressure on the Springboks early on but good defence kept them out.
The Springboks got there second try from a great scrum and the referee awarded a penalty try which took the lead to 20-12.
England received a yellow card which made the game swing totally to the Boks but they just could not get over the line.
Vermeulen had a massive game on defence and taking the ball forward but was even more impressive was the chase from the Boks kick.
Pollard had another penalty which he knocked over to give the Springboks a handy 23-12 lead.
England did try and come back but the Springboks defence was just too good on the day.
The Springboks had to fight for this win but it was good enough to get the win and the series.
Vermeulen was made the man of the match.
